All international students are entitled for a free health related treatment under National Health Services (NHS) in UK. It is generally advisable for all the students to register with a General Practitioner (GP) located in your area within first few weeks of your arrival.

You need to provide the evidence of your stay (more than 6 months) and college status letter while you’re registering with your local GP.
